Aurora Police Dept Report/CCJRA Requests

This web portal will help you communicate with the Aurora Police Department for all police report as well as Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act (CCJRA) requests. All requests are processed in accordance with Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act (CCJRA), C.R.S. 24-72-301, et seq. Some reports may not be released, or may have redactions when required by law.

If an officer was dispatched and completed a crash report on scene (for accidents after May 2021), the report can be purchased from CARFAX.

If your request does not involve the Aurora Police Department, use the City of Aurora NextRequest Portal.
